• Member of SAS, CAS, SHS or CHC – 100 €
• Post-graduate (PhD.) student – 40 €
• Pre-graduate student – FREE ENTRANCE TO THE SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS ONLY!
• Non-member of SAS, CAS, SHS or CHC – 120 €
• Accompanying person – 80 € (fee includes free entrance to the scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, welcome party)
• At time of registration on the desk:
  Member of SAS, CAS, SHS or CHC – 120 €
  Non-member of SAS, CAS, SHS or CHC – 140 €.

Registration fee includes:

• Access to the scientific sessions
• Congress materials (congress bag and badge with programme)
• Publication of abstract in the "Conference Programme and Abstracts" book
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome Party

Registration fee does not include:

• Lunch (September 6, 7, 2019)
• Social Evening – 27 € /Vegetarian Menu – 27 €

Registration cancellation:
Notification of cancellation must be e-mailed to the organizer

• Before June 30, 2019: 50% will be refunded
• After June 30, 2019: No refunds after this date

PAYMENT INSTRUCTION

Registration and payment of fees are absolutely necessary for attending of the congress!

• After registration, the "Prepayment Invoice" will be sent to the participant's e-mail within 5 days
   
• After payment, the "Confirmation of Receiving Payment" will be sent to the participant's e-mail
